Specialising in bespoke neurodivergent needs led support in Beds, Herts, Bucks, and Northants.
I hold a Masters and PGCE in autism and education and I am studying for a doctorate in neurodivergent Wellbeing.
I have over 25 years experience of working directly with individuals, families, Local authorities, schools, therapists and charities, and I am neurodivergent myself, so I have a unique understanding of experiences faced by neurodivergent people, and the world we have to navigate.

1:1 Sessions – Sessions can be used for whatever it is you need. Boosting confidence, building strategies, or a safe space to talk. For example we can work together to create and plan clear goals and strategies to support you to be a more empowered and confident you.
Young People - I specialise in working with young people and teenagers who are not attending school.
Adults - I work with adults to focus on challenges and create useful strategies for coping.

Project is an empowerment programme that results in a personalised workbook with suggestions for activities that come directly from 10 evidence based wellbeing strategies. Suitable for people looking for personal wellbeing, direction or control in their lives Fine for kids and adults.

However we work together the neurodivergent person will be at the absolute centre of whatever we do – whether that is you, a person you care about, or a person you work with.
